Mexico Honeymoon Vacation

With its sandy beaches, archeological sites of ancient civilizations and colonial cities of European ancestry, a Mexico honeymoon vacation is truly the best of all worlds.   Both Cancun and Cozumel are known for their beaches and are located on the Yucatan Peninsula on Mexico’s Gulf Coast.  These locations are perfect for honeymooners who want to have a good time without traveling off the resort.  While on the Yucatan Peninsula, don’t forget to visit the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza.  Make sure to bring your camera while climbing these ruins.  Photos taken here will make a lovely addition to your Mexico honeymoon vacation album. Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta are both located on the Mexican Rivera on the Pacific Ocean and are perfect for the couple that likes a mix of lush mountains and white sandy beaches.  Acapulco, also located on the Mexican Rivera, is a perfect spot for a Mexico honeymoon vacation for the couple who loves to party.  Cabo San Luca, a popular spring break location, is located at the end of the California peninsula. If you want to include this city as part of your Mexico honeymoon vacation, make sure to avoid booking your trip during the spring break session. Hurricane season is from June to October and primarily affects the Southern Coast and the Yucatan Peninsula. Book your Mexico honeymoon vacation between December and April and focus your time and energy on your loved one, instead of the approaching storms.
