Group Vacation to Prague, Czech Republic

Prague got its reputation as one of Central Europe’s most beautiful cities because, unlike most in Europe, she saw little damage during WWII, so the squares remain lined with uninterrupted beautiful old buildings, churches, and statues.  The city is broken into 10 numbered neighborhoods.  Many of the historic sights are in Praha 1, the oldest section of town, though some spill into Praha 2, as well.  Enjoy a coffee overlooking the Astronomical Clock, then walk from Old Town Square to the Charles Bridge.  The Bridge is lined with 30 statues of saints.  Take your time crossing, and make sure to stop and let the myriad vendors hawk you their wares.  From the bridge, walk up to the Prague Castle, the largest of the world’s ancient castles.  Within the walls of the castle are St. Vitus’ Cathedral and the President’s house.
Josefov is Prague’s Jewish ghetto.  It is incredibly well preserved, and offers a view of a life that does not exist in other cities (as previously mentioned, Prague escaped the bombings that caused the suffering of many other cities in Europe).  The cemetery is a sight to be seen; headstones fight each other for space in the small ground area.  The Old New Synagogue is reputedly home to the Golem, and there are many other attractions as well.
Prague offers many cost-saving passes for visits to museums.  Save the headache of trolling through options yourself; indicate your interest in city museum passes on the trip request form and Tripology travel agents will build it into your sample itineraries.
Opera is a favorite pastime of the city; a trip without a visit to State Opera Prague would be incomplete.  Let Tripology travel agents arrange tickets for your group to one of the many upcoming shows.
The airport is some distance from the city; while booking your group airfare to Prague, have your Tripology travel agent also rent a car or bus for your group to get from Ruzyne Airport to Prague’s city center.  And remember, our expert travel agents can plan every detail of your upcoming group vacation; from booking group rates for hotels in Prague to busses and tours of the city, group activities, and anything else you’d enjoy on your group trip.
