Destination Wedding Costa Rica

With myriad activity for your wedding party, Costa Rica is the perfect location for your adventure destination wedding.  Whether you want to spend time with some monkeys as you make your way towards the summit of a volcano, sunbathe on tropical beaches, golf, surf or snorkel, Costa Rica, also known as the Garden of the Americas, truly offers it all.
Catalina Island is known for its’ diving and snorkeling, with regular sightings of turtles, sharks and manta rays.  Once your friends and family are thoroughly tuckered from flapping through the reefs, hop on a ferry and head to Arenal Volcano.  The 5,437 footer is reputedly one of the most active volcanoes in the world, but that doesn’t stop the daily adventure tours.  Enjoy the waterfalls, hot springs, and hikes around the volcano.
If your destination wedding party wants to hike away from scorching hot lava, 25% of Costa Rica is national park land.  Head to the rustic rainforest mecca of Corcovado to see all sorts of exotic wildlife; they even have a zip-line for some great birds-eye views.  Another park to visit is Manuel Antonio, on the Pacific coast.  And for extraordinary surf, head to Playa Tamarindo.  This town is the place to go for a margarita-infused night with your wedding party.
There are no “required stay” laws to get married in Costa Rica, making it one of the easier Caribbean destinations in which to marry.  Plus with so many different things to see and do, it’d be hard to argue Costa Rica as the perfect wedding destination.  Whether you are looking for a rustic beach shack or an all-inclusive resort stay for your wedding party, Costa Rica is very affordable compared to some of the other Caribbean wedding destinations.
