Tripology Travel Experts Blog: Aruba

Aruba Luxury Vacation

Just north of Venezuela, Aruba is more arid than most of the Caribbean islands. The northeastern coast has rough seas and rocky beaches, so most of the tourist destinations are focused in the southwest, full of white sand beaches and turquoise sea. Thanks to the island's southern location, the temperature is great for a luxury vacation year round.

Aruba is home to some of the top beaches in the world, including Eagle Beach and Baby Beach, which is ideal for snorkeling.  Though the powder sand beaches could keep you entertained for a week, Aruba also hosts a variety of other adventures. There are 7 natural bridges to visit, multiple shipwrecks, caves, and ample 4x4 dirt trails to keep you busy on your trip.  Make sure to go windsurfing, as well...Aruba hosts the national championships annually for a reason.

Come nighttime, try some of the special Aruban cuisine. Keshi Yena is a plate of either chicken or fish with Dutch cheese, and the Stoba di Bestia Chiquito is a goat and vegetable stew not to be missed.

Your options for accommodations are as varied as everything else on the island.  You can stay in an all-inclusive seaside mega-resort or choose a small inn where you will be pampered in a different style.  Whichever seems right for you, let us know.  Tripology can not only get you cheap airfare from the states to Aruba, but we can also secure your hotel reservations once you're on the island.  Fill out a free travel request form now to get started.
